Rainbow Tree Events (formerly Bounce with the Brices and Rainbow Tree Balloons) began during the challenging days of the Covid-19 pandemic when, like many families, we found ourselves at home looking for ways to stay entertained. To beat the boredom, we purchased a bounce house — and as they say, the rest is history!
Since then, Rainbow Tree Events has expanded significantly. We now offer a wide range of products and services including full service event planning and design, balloons, event rentals, staffing and more. Our team has grown to 2 full time managers, over 15 part-time and seasonal staff members and our office pet tortoise Pancake. We operate out of a spacious warehouse in Woodridge, IL.
Hi! I’m Aimee (uh-may), owner of Rainbow Tree Events! Family is at the heart of everything we do. My family includes myself, my husband George, and our children Camden and Chiylo. George works full-time as a mechanic, while I work full time as a business owner. Camden and Chiylo attend elementary school in Downers Grove.
In addition to owning and operating Rainbow Tree Events I also own The Playpen in Glen Ellyn which is a children's indoor play cafe and event space, and I co own Burst Party Co, a foil balloon manufacturing brand.
I am passionate about female entrepreneurship and I am always looking for opportunities to educate and inspire women to look into the world of small business, business ownership, or business management. I am proud to say that all three of my businesses are led by an all female management team.
